Grid has strengthened its team by hiring two new project managers and a new strategic advisor specializing in new media. Says Henning Gustavsen, Managing Director of Grid: “Our customers are major actors within their fields and we work on complex design projects which require high level project management. It is therefore of utmost importance to have employees on board that are dedicated to project management and process administration”.
Prior to starting at Grid, Marit Schrøder was senior director of production and creative services at New York City based record label Ultra Records, where she worked for seven years. She holds a masters degree from London School of Economics (LSE).
Before starting at Grid Mette Skyberg was project manager at Stay, where she headed refurbishment and interior design projects for several of the largest hotel chains in Scandinavia. She holds a Bachelor of Design with specialization in product design, and has focused on interior design management in recent years.
Mette and Marit are now working on projects with customers such as Opera Software, Norsk Tipping, Widerøe, Fargerike, etc.
Elizabeth Matre-Aas has been hired as strategic advisor, with special focus on new media and service design. In addition to her role as strategic advisor she is also account manager for some of Grid’s biggest clients and sits on the board of directors. She comes from Making Waves where she worked for the last six years as strategic advisor, marketing manager and account manager. She holds a master degree in Design Management from Copenhagen Business School.
Says Henning Gustavsen: “We have been searching for a strategic advisor with experience from new media for some time, and Elizabeth’s position is especially important due to our increased emphasis on digital design, and as a link to our sister company, Dot Grid, which solely works with digital solutions.”
