A smooth Spanish blend

Christer Berens, one of the most renowned wine-experts in Norway, has decided to blend a new series of wines from wine-districts in Spain and Italy. The first one out is Mi Vino Origo.

Grid Design has developed the concept and packaging design for this new wine from Stenberg&Blom. To reflect the Spanish origin we have given it a strong red look and implemented the illustration of the iconic Spanish bull. The straightforward sturdy look with its well-built typography is functional and highly visible when displayed in the shelves at Vinmonopolet.

Mixing traditional grapes like Garnacha and Syrah from old vines, Mi Vino Origo displays soft fruity flavors with a hint of spices and berries in the aftertaste. It should go well with meat dishes and is perfect company with tapas.
