An airport with personality

Rygge is a compact, modern and commercial airport that can be an excellent start to your travel experience. Rygge is simply a different airport – and it shows. The logo is inspired by vapour trails, and because the terminal is situated right next to the E6 motorway, it also serves as a landmark for passing motorists.

The project is conducted with a multidisciplinary approach where Rygge Airport’s own project team and representatives from the Norwegian Design Council have played a key role. The airport opened for civil aviation 14 February 2008.
