In 2007 – 2008 Grid Design redesigned Orkla’s visual identity. The visual identity is now implemented on all Orkla ASA’s touch points and in 2009 – 2010 was continued in other key arenas in which Orkla’s common values and branding was a natural. This was initially applied to the company’s cultural treasures Borregaard Manor, which serves as a resource for all companies in the group, and Løkken Verk Guesthouse in Trøndelag. Now the time has come to the central meeting point where it is natural to visualize Orkla’s ownership that Orkla’s main offices for the operational activities around the world.In 2010, Grid Design was engaged by Orkla Brands in Stockholm to design the reception and meeting areas and catering for the new headquarters in Solna outside Stockholm.
The solution is suitable for a natural visual presence of Orkla, via logos and slogans and public display in the lobby along with a good exposure of the present product brands including OLW, Pierre Robert Group, Axellus, Göteborg Kex and Chips Group.
In the common areas, the Orkla’s colors and design manner characterizes the environment that ties together the various expertise and helps to lower the threshold for internal expertise.
