Norges Blindforbund is an organisation for individuals who really know how challenging it is to lose, or partially lose your sight. They are experts in vision and visibility parameters. Their goal is social equality for their members. Dependent on membership and support, both from the Private and Public Sector, but also clients that use their services, Norges Blindeforbund needs to be relevant, contemporary and optimistic.
The logo is therefore not focused on the disabilities of the blind, or partially sighted. Formed instead around the idea of support for the individual – but also an eye, it reflects the organisation´s business. The aim of the logo is to attract attention, and in that way help raise public awareness. The supporting graphic elements, inspired by Braille and further developed to be a visual tool, are used as window graphics, signage on posters, brochures and T-shirts among others. This way, the brand is strengthened, more modern, with a technical twist that reflects the know-how and professionalism of the organisation.
