In 2009 Nordea launched a new and easy way to save money. Every time you use your credit card a preset amount is transferred into your savings account. Nordea was the first bank in Norway to offer this service to its customers, and asked Grid to create a promotion for MikroSpar.
Nordea commissioned Grid Design to create an infomercial (animation) based upon Nordeas design program that easily explains the product concept for the customer. By using strong colors, and strong graphic elements in a playful and modern way, the film reaches out to the target group of young adults. The infomercial is used on web, as digital signage in stores, as well as in commercial spots for cinema. The infomercial was so successful that it is now part of Nordea’s screen communications in all bank branches.
