Stressless® is a one of the few Norwegian, global Superbrands, and plays a dominant role in leading furniture dealers all over the world. Grid Design have developed a new selling magnet, The Stressless® Comfort Studio, an international acclaimed shop-in-shop solution for the selling and branding of Stressless®, the most recognized product brand from the largest Norwegian furniture company, Ekornes®.
350 Stressless® Comfort Studios were implemented in 20 countries during 2010. Market statistics from the UK, Central- and Southern Europe and Norway show a 20 % increase in turnover after installing the Studio Concept. UK retailers, naming the system “the silent salesman” due to the selling tools and it’s ability to educate the customer about the products, show even higher figures, up 30 and 50% increases in turnover.
Another 350 Stressless® Comfort Studios will be implemented in 2011 and Ekornes® reports that during a three year period 1.500 Studios will be rolled out worldwide.
While the same Stressless® Studio Concept Story is applied every time, the layout is individually tailored to fit each retailer’s store size and configuration.
