Flavours is a convenience concept for airports and other places where people are on the move. It is owned and operated by Select Service Partner (SSP). Flavours is a meal concept that is more contemporary than traditional fast food.

Grid Design has been responsible for the total concept from positioning strategy, name and design to content communication, space planning, uniforms and packaging. The pilot and the first store were located at OSL Gardermoen and have shown good visitor numbers.

The Flavours concept is also very sellable outside Norway. SSP has opened Flavours stores in Abu Dhabi, Geneva and New Delhi, and at several locations in the United States. We are proud to have contributed to a worldwide convenience concept.
