The innovators of comfort

A series of comprehensive design and brand-building projects have been followed through several adjustments and versions. The retail concepts of Stressless ® and Svane ® Studio was entirely developed by Grid Design in 2003. In 2009, a new generation of retail concept was launched: The innovators of comfort. It has always been the aim to create a clear and attractive profile that increases the visibility of the furniture while giving clear and concise information on how to buy.

Ekornes ® and Stressless ® are one of Norways most famous brands. Internationally, they are known for pure comfort and exclusivity having a strong and positive position in the global market. It is important in these projects to have an international approach and take into account what is important for costumers outside Norway.
